President, Lion Marvin introducing our speaker for the morning, Lion Gloria Guise.


 
PDG, Lion Cliff reminded us that Lion Gloria had received an award from the International President for her good works.

 
Lion Gloria's program was two fold; one on Youth Outreach and the other on the Lion's Quest Program.  Both concentrating on support in local schools.

Lion Mary Ann won the membership drawing and wanted the funds to go into eyeglasses.
Lion Donna won the 50/50 drawing but as you can see failed to draw the "A".  Better luck next time Lion Donna.		 Lion Gloria's program stirred up much interest in the club on the need in the schools in our area.  Lions Donna Harris and Barbara Pendergrass are going to approach the West Side school and offer help on behalf of the Club.

Lion Lew wants to get back to the basics of supporting sing needs in the community.  I feel that all members agree with Lion Lew.  There is a great need in our community for help in procuring needed eyeglasses.
